Abhishek Nama's Ambitious Project 'Nagabandham' Promises a Thrilling Cinematic Adventure

Abhishek Nama, a passionate filmmaker known for pushing creative boundaries, is set to captivate audiences with his latest large-scale project, "Nagabandham."

Described as a thrilling adventure, the film is encapsulated by its intriguing tagline, "The Secret Treasure." In addition to directing, Abhishek brings his storytelling expertise to the screenplay, ensuring a unique cinematic experience. 

The movie features Virat Karrna, who garnered attention with his debut in "Peddha Kapu," in the lead role. Produced by Kishore Annapureddy under NIK Studios in collaboration with Abhishek Pictures, the film also benefits from co-production efforts by Tarak Cinemas. Lakshmi Ira and Devansh Nama are presenting this highly anticipated project.

The makers recently unveiled a pre-look poster, showcasing the protagonist standing before the massive door of an ancient temple. With the door slightly ajar and light pouring out, the poster hints at the grandeur and mystery of the film. Adding to the excitement, the introduction of the character Rudhra has been announced for January 13, coinciding with the Sankranthi festival. The film’s shoot is currently underway in Hyderabad.

Nagabandham features Nabha Natesh and Iswarya Menon as the female leads, alongside prominent actors Jagapathi Babu, Jayaprakash, Murali Sharma, and B.S. Avinash in significant roles. 

Abhishek Nama has crafted a gripping script infused with spiritual and adventurous themes, drawing inspiration from recent discoveries of hidden treasures at the Padmanabhaswamy and Puri Jagannath Temples. The story delves into the mysteries surrounding the 108 Vishnu temples in India, with a focus on the ancient rituals of Nagabandham that protect these sacred sites.

The film’s captivating introductory video has already piqued curiosity, offering a glimpse into its enigmatic and mesmerizing world. B.S. Avinash, famed for his role in "KGF," will portray an Aghora, adding depth to the story. With its grand vision, Nagabandham promises exceptional production values, cutting-edge VFX, and a high-octane adventure.

Soundar Rajan S serves as the cinematographer, with Abhe composing the music. Kalyan Chakravarthy has written the dialogues, Santosh Kamireddy handles editing, and Ashok Kumar is the production designer. 

Nagabandham is a pan-India film, slated for a simultaneous release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam in 2025. The movie is being produced on a massive budget of 100 crores, reflecting its ambitious scope and vision.
