Pichaikkaran is a 2016 Tamil action drama film written and directed by Sasi and produced by Fatima Vijay Antony under Vijay Antony Film Corporation. It stars Vijay Antony as Arul Selvakumar a wealthy and successful businessman along with Satna Titus Bagavathi Perumal and Dheepa Ramanujam in key supporting roles. The story revolves around Arul whose mother becomes comatose after a serious accident and doctors are unable to save her. In a desperate bid to cure her he takes a religious vow and chooses to live the life of a beggar on the streets for forty eight days while keeping his true identity hidden from everyone.
