Parimala and Co, Tamil comedy-crime thriller written and directed by Pandiraaj. The film marks the much-awaited on-screen reunion of popular actors Jayaram and Urvashi after nearly 20 years (their last full collaboration was Panchathanthiram in 2002).
The story follows a regular family that accidentally commits a murder and then scrambles to hide it while trying to carry on with their everyday lives. It cleverly mixes Drishyam-style suspense with slapstick family humour, light-hearted moments, and a touch of social messaging.
Produced by Lyca Productions and Pasanga Productions, the film is already generating buzz with its title teaser and trailer, especially for the sparkling comic chemistry between Jayaram and Urvashi, and Mysskin’s intriguing role. Early public screenings have called it a fun, laugh-out-loud family entertainer with a neat climax.
